FULL BODY MOT MASSAGE

This 90-minute session includes an initial movement assessment to discuss any concerns you may have. This information will be used to tailor the massage to your specific needs. This can also be used as a 90-minute sports massage.
 

Following the massage, you will receive a personalised mobility plan based on what we found during the session.

AREA-SPECIFIC
MASSAGE

This 30-minute massage is ideal for a small body part or specific area of concern, such as left shoulder pain or tight calves.

 

We will focus on releasing tension and pain in the target area.

SPORTS/DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

This 60-minute massage uses a combination of sports massage and deep tissue massage techniques to target and relieve muscle tension, pain, and injuries.

 

We will also use dry cupping and red light therapy to enhance the benefits of the massage and promote faster healing.

FULL BODY MOT PLUS
MASSAGE

This 2-hour massage includes a comprehensive movement assessment to identify any areas of tightness or weakness, as well as a full body massage using a variety of techniques, including sports massage, red light therapy, and dry cupping.
After the massage, you will receive a personalised mobility plan to help you improve your range of motion, flexibility, and performance.
